3PM Command Sites brings site information, site activity, visitors, sign-ons, and location information together. Use it to create and maintain sites, review activity, share a site sign-on page, and manage site access with a QR Code or sign-on link.
Open Sites in 3PM Command. The Sites area includes these tabs:
Select a site from the Sites tab to open its site details. Site details include Overview, Site Visitors, Staff Scans, Asset Scans, Documents, and Custom Fields.
A site includes its name, description, address, client, client site contact, internal site managers, project date, induction information, image, and any additional fields available in your account. The site details Overview displays the information that has been added.
Use Site Visitors, Staff Scans, and Asset Scans to review sign-on activity for the selected site. Visitor activity is separate from staff and asset activity so you can review each type of sign-on independently.
Each site has a public site sign-on experience. A person can sign in as Staff, Visitor, or Asset when the appropriate option is available. People who are not members of the account that owns the site are taken directly to Visitor Sign-In. Staff and Asset sign-on are available to members of the account that owns the site.
Generate QR Code creates a QR Code for the site's sign-on page. The QR Code can always be downloaded. If site sign-on without a QR Code is enabled in Project Settings, the QR Code window also provides the sign-on link, Copy Link, and Open Sign-In Page.
The new site appears in the site list.
Archived sites are read-only. Select Unarchive from the archived site list before making changes.
Open a site and select the relevant tab:
To archive an active site, select Archive and confirm. 3PM Command checks whether the site has active related items. If it does, the site cannot be archived until those active items are resolved.
To view archived sites, turn on Show Archived in the site list. From the archived list, select Unarchive to return a site to the active list. Permanent deletion is available from the archived list and cannot be undone.
If site sign-on without a QR Code is enabled, you can also copy the sign-on link or select Open Sign-In Page.
Open the site's sign-on page from its QR Code or sign-on link. The page shows the site name and the available sign-on options.
Staff sign-on requires a logged-in user. If that user is already signed in, the page shows Already Signed In and provides Sign Out instead.
A visitor must provide a valid email address, a phone number with at least 7 digits, a signature, and the required acknowledgement. A visitor who is already signed in sees Already Signed In and can select Sign Out.
Asset sign-on requires a logged-in member of the account that owns the site. If a selected asset is already signed in, the page shows Already Signed In.
When you leave the site, return to the site's sign-on page. If you are currently signed in, select Sign Out. The page confirms the sign-out state when it is complete.
Yes. People who are not members of the account that owns the site can use Visitor sign-on without logging in. They cannot use Staff or Asset sign-on.
Staff and Asset are available only to a logged-in member of the account that owns the site. A visitor or a user from another account is taken directly to the visitor form.
Check that you selected Yes or No for Have you visited this site before?. If you selected Yes, choose a previous visitor. Then check the required visitor information, valid email address, phone number of at least 7 digits, Visitor Sign In Acknowledgement, and Signature.
The selected staff member, visitor, or asset has an active sign-on at that site. Select Sign Out before creating another sign-on.
