Use Extractor in 3PM Command to work with 3PM Extractor - Documents, 3PM Extractor - Extractions, and Extractor Settings. You can open Extractor from the main navigation, review your Documents and Extractions, and open Extractor Settings when you need to manage configuration.

Extractor is available only when you are signed in and have access to 3PM Extractor. The integration must also be configured for your organization.
The Extractor area opens inside 3PM Command. Use the labels shown in your account to move between Documents, Extractions, and other available areas.
The available Document actions and details are provided by 3PM Extractor. If you do not see 3PM Extractor - Documents, check that you are signed in and that Extractor access has been provided for your organization.
The Extraction details area is part of 3PM Extractor. Review the information shown there and use the available actions to continue your work.
You can open Extractor Settings in either of these ways:
Extractor Settings opens after 3PM Command starts your Extractor session. Use the options shown in Extractor Settings to manage the configuration available to you.
Make sure you are signed in. If you are signed in and still cannot open Extractor, your organization may not have the integration configured, or you may not be authorized to access 3PM Extractor. Contact your administrator.
Select Retry. If the message says that the integration is not configured for your organization, contact your administrator. If the message says that 3PM Command cannot connect to 3PM Extractor, try again later.
Open Extractor, then open 3PM Extractor - Documents.
Open Extractor, then open 3PM Extractor - Extractions. Select an Extraction to open its details.
Open Settings > Connections & API > Extractor, or select Open settings from the Extractor area.
Extractor access is controlled by your permissions. Contact your administrator if you need access to Extractor.
