If 3PM Command shows Access Restricted or takes you back to Assessments, the issue is usually related to your access to a Competency tab or to the assessment you are trying to open. Use the steps below to identify the message and get back to the right place.
If you open an assessment from another area of 3PM Command, selecting Back to Assessments returns you to the Assessments tab in Competency.
Access Restricted means you do not have permission to view the selected Competency tab or assessment.
On the Competency page, a tab you cannot access is unavailable and shows a lock icon. If you try to view a restricted tab, 3PM Command displays:
Access Restricted
You don't have permission to view this tab. Please contact your administrator to request access.
An assessment can also show Access Restricted when you do not have permission to view assessments. In that case, 3PM Command asks you to contact your administrator and provides Back to Assessments.
Select Back to Assessments when you want to return to the Assessments tab in Competency. The button is available when:
If the assessment cannot be found, 3PM Command displays Assessment not found. Select Back to Assessments to choose another assessment or confirm that the assessment is available to you.
Your administrator may need to update your access before you can view the restricted tab or assessment. After your access is updated, return to Competency and try again.
You do not have permission to view the selected tab. Contact your administrator to request access.
Permissions can differ between Competency tabs. Ask your administrator to check your access to Assessments.
It returns you to the Assessments tab in Competency, where you can select an available assessment.
The assessment is not available from the link or bookmark you opened. Return to Assessments and select an assessment shown in the list.
Return to Competency, open Assessments, and try again from the list. If the problem continues, contact your administrator and provide the assessment name and the message shown by 3PM Command.
