Build and review forms in 3PM Command from Forms > Form Builder. Form Builder includes the tools for creating forms, checking how they look before use, and viewing the submissions collected from published forms.
The tabs shown to you depend on your access. If no Forms tabs are available, contact your administrator.
Keep the form focused on one task. Use clear field labels, make required information obvious, and review the form from the point of view of the person completing it.
Complete a test pass before sharing a form. Check that the information entered can be submitted and that the resulting submission contains the details you need.
The list shows FORM TITLE, TYPE, SUBMISSIONS, and ACTIONS. Select View for a form to open its submissions.
Your role may not have access to the Builder tab. Contact your administrator to request access.
Your role may be limited to selected forms. Ask your administrator to review the forms available to your role.
Open Forms > Form Builder, then select Submissions or Submissions Table. You can also select View for a form from the Forms tab.
Both let you review submissions. Submissions Table displays them in a table with search, sorting, and filtering controls.
Select Retry. If it still does not open, contact your administrator. Your organization may need Form Builder access configured, or your role may not have permission to use it.
