Data in 3PM Command lets you browse Data Tables, find Records, and review the information stored in configurable fields. Use Data when you need to check a Record, compare Records, or make an update without leaving 3PM Command.
If Data is not available in the main navigation, your account may not have access to it. Ask an administrator to check your access.
Data Tables and their fields are configured in Advanced Settings under Tables & Fields. The available Data Tables and fields depend on how your 3PM Command account is configured.
If no Data Tables or Records match your search, clear or change the search text. Data displays an empty-state message when there are no matching items.
When you add a Record, select Add Record, complete the available fields, and save it. If the Data Table has multiple Sections, use the steps shown in the form. A new Record cannot be created when every available field is empty, and required or invalid values must be corrected before saving.
Data is only available to accounts with access to it. Ask an administrator to review your access in 3PM Command.
Check the spelling in Search tables..., clear the search, and try again. If the Data Table still does not appear, it may not be configured for your account.
Open the correct Data Table and search there using Search [Table Name]. Clear the search if no Records are shown. If the Record is still missing, ask an administrator to check the Data Table configuration.
Check the form for required or invalid fields. If the Data Table has Sections, review each step or tab. When creating a Record, enter a value in at least one field.

Data is used to browse Data Tables and work with Records. To configure Data Tables, fields, and Sections, open Advanced Settings and select Tables & Fields. Your access may determine whether you can make those changes.
