3PM Command helps you keep track of equipment, availability, utilisation, maintenance, compliance details, and fuel activity. Use Assets to manage your asset list, Logbook to capture asset activity, and Tracker to view connected assets on a map.
The options available to you depend on your access permissions. If an option or button is not available, ask your 3PM Command administrator to review your access.
You can archive an asset from its available asset actions. 3PM Command asks you to confirm the archive. Archived assets can be displayed with the archived-items option, then restored or permanently deleted. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
When selecting several assets, use the bulk actions that appear for your selection. You can archive assets in bulk, but you can only archive assets you own. Assets that are still referenced elsewhere may be prevented from being archived.
Use Assets to review the current equipment information, then use Logbook for dated activity:
Open the entry in Logbook, choose its edit or delete option, and follow the confirmation prompts. When editing, the existing asset, Project, Driver, Site, or Supplier is shown when available.
Tracker uses connected asset data and displays assets with valid location information on a map.
Tracker only displays live information for a connected account. If your account is not connected, the Tracker may show no assets. Assets without a valid location are also excluded from the map.
Your access may not include the required permission. Contact your 3PM Command administrator to request access.
The asset may be referenced elsewhere, or you may not own it. 3PM Command prevents archiving when an active reference blocks the action, and bulk archiving skips assets you do not own.
Yes, but only after the asset has been archived and you have the required access. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
The total is calculated as Quantity multiplied by Cost, plus GST. Check each of those values before saving.
Tracker needs a connected account and live asset information with valid locations. If the connection is not configured, or no connected asset has a valid location, no assets are shown.
The asset may not have valid location information, or it may not be included in the connected live data. Check the asset details and connection settings with your 3PM Command administrator.
In Assets, use Maintenance Overdue, Maintenance Upcoming, or Compliance Overdue. In Tracker, use Filter with REGO, WOF, RUC, or SERVICE, then select the appropriate status.
