Use Saved items in 3PM Command to find the pages you have bookmarked, search or filter them, switch between grid and list views, and remove bookmarks you no longer need.
You can also open a bookmark shown in an area of the sidebar, or use the bookmark control in an area to manage bookmarks for that area.
You can filter bookmarks by name, area, or URL.
Search is not case-sensitive, so you do not need to match the capitalisation of the bookmark name or area.
The bookmark is removed from My Bookmarks and from the bookmark lists where it was shown. Removing a bookmark does not delete the saved page or record.
All displays bookmarks from every area. An area filter displays only bookmarks belonging to the selected area.
Clear filters appears when a search or area filter produces no results. To remove an area filter while results are visible, select All. To remove a search, clear the text in the search field.
Yes. Select the bookmark card or row. 3PM Command opens the saved page. In list view, selecting the trash icon opens Delete Bookmark instead of opening the bookmark.
No. Deleting a bookmark only removes the saved link from your bookmarks. The page or record remains available through its usual area, subject to your access.
The Dashboard section shows only the 10 most recently created bookmarks. Open My Bookmarks and select All to view the full list.
