Use module settings in 3PM Command to control the options and reference information used across your account. You can manage HSQE Settings, Project Settings, Purchasing Settings, Resource Settings, and Sales Settings from the Settings area.
The available tabs depend on the module and the access provided to your account.
Use Hazard Categories when your account needs categories that match your own safety and quality processes. Keep category names clear so people can select the right value when recording a hazard.
Use Site Checklists to keep site checks consistent across projects. Review the checklist content whenever your site process changes.
Use Config for PO and Bill approvals. Use the other tabs to maintain the purchasing values available to your account.
Use Config to manage resource settings such as staff numbering, break requirements, payroll frequency, approval requirements, and default managers. Use the remaining tabs to maintain leave, competency, employment, and group information.
Review Lead Stages regularly so the stages reflect the way your sales team works.
People with access to the relevant module settings tab can view it and make changes. Access is managed separately for tabs, so you may be able to open one tab but not another.
Your account does not have permission to view that tab. Contact your administrator and request access to the specific module settings tab.
Open HSQE Settings and select Hazard Categories.
Open Project Settings and select Site Checklists.
Open Purchasing Settings and select Config.
Open Resource Settings. Use Leave Types, Leave Rules, Leave Balances, Competency Groups, Competency Scores, or Assessment Templates, depending on the information you need to manage.
Open Sales Settings and select Lead Stages.
Make sure you saved the changes, then refresh the relevant area and check again. If the setting is still unavailable, contact your administrator or 3PM Command support.
