Flow in 3PM Command is where you use Workflow Manager to create workflows, configure steps, and review workflow executions. A workflow can respond when something happens in 3PM Command and then carry out one or more configured steps, such as sending a notification or creating a bill.
You must be signed in to access the Workflow Manager Portal. The first time you open , 3PM Command connects your organization to Workflow Manager.
If Workflow Manager is unavailable, select Retry. If the connection still cannot be made, return to the Dashboard and contact your 3PM Command administrator.
A workflow normally has three parts: the event that starts it, the steps that follow, and the result of the execution. For example, a workflow can start when a Timesheet is submitted, then send a notification to the manager.
Use the labels shown in Workflow Manager for the available actions and settings. The available workflows and configuration options can vary by organization.
Test the workflow by carrying out the activity that should start it. Then open the workflow's Executions tab and check the result. If the workflow is not ready for live use, leave it disabled until its configuration has been checked.
If a workflow did not produce the expected result, confirm that it is Enabled, repeat the activity that starts it, and check the newest execution. For notification workflows, also check the notification bell for the intended recipient. For workflows that create a bill, check Bills after a successful execution.
Yes. Sign in to 3PM Command before opening Flow.
Select Retry. If it still does not load, return to the Dashboard and contact your 3PM Command administrator.
Open the workflow in Workflow Manager and check that it is Enabled. Then repeat the activity that should start it and review the newest item in the Executions tab. Check whether a condition prevented a later step from running.
Open the workflow, select Executions, and open the execution you want to inspect.
Yes. Open the workflow's Executions tab and select the execution to view its details and step errors.
A bill can be created as a draft marked NEEDS REVIEW, and reviewers can be notified. Check the execution details and then review the bill in 3PM Command.
