Use this guide to resolve common access, missing-record, and workflow problems in 3PM Command across HSQE, Hazards & Risks, Permits, and PPE.
The Hazards & Risks area opens the Hazards & Risks list. The PPE area is labelled PPE Register, and the Permits area is labelled Permits Register.
Access to HSQE areas and actions is controlled by your role. Your role can have separate access for viewing, creating, editing, and deleting items in Hazards & Risks, PPE, and Permits.
If an area is not shown under HSQE:
If the area is visible but you cannot open a particular item, or an action such as Edit or Delete is not available, your role may not include the required access for that item. Some actions can also be limited to items you own. Ask an account administrator to review the access assigned to your role and the item.
A restricted area displays Access Restricted rather than showing its contents. Do not use another HSQE area as a substitute: Hazards & Risks, PPE, and Permits have separate access controls.
If an expected item is not in an HSQE list:
Use the correct area for the item you need:
If you can see the area but still cannot find the item after clearing filters and refreshing, ask an account administrator to check your role access and the item details. If another user can see the item but you cannot, this usually indicates an access or ownership restriction.
To add a missing item, select Add in the relevant area. The Add action is only available when your role has create access. After saving, refresh the list to display the new item.
Access is assigned separately to the HSQE areas. Ask an account administrator to review your access in Settings > User Management > Roles & Permissions.
Viewing, editing, and deleting are separate actions. Your role may allow you to view the item without allowing changes, or the action may be limited to items you own.
The Add action is only shown when your role has create access for that area. Ask an account administrator to review your role.
The Hazards & Risks category filter uses categories configured in HSQE settings. Ask an account administrator to check the configured hazard categories.
Refresh the relevant list and clear or adjust its filters. If the item is still missing, ask an account administrator to check that it was saved and that your role has view access.
Ask an account administrator to review your access in Settings > User Management > Roles & Permissions. Access may be restricted for the whole area or for the specific action you are trying to use.
Those functions are not currently available when the product displays the coming-soon message. Use the available Permits Register actions, or contact your account administrator about the required workflow.
