Product areas
Use the main navigation to choose the area that matches your task:
Projects: open Projects to work with projects, Sites to work with sites, or Planning to work with project planning.
Assets: open Assets for asset records, Logbook for asset history, Workshop for workshop work, or Tracker for tracking information.
Staff: open Staff for staff records, Leave for leave work, Competency for competency work, or Cost Capture for recorded costs.
Documents: open Documents when you need to find or manage documents.
HSQE: use Dashboard for an overview, Hazards & Risks for safety risks, PPE for personal protective equipment, and Permits for permits.
Sales: use Leads, Quotes, Claims, and Invoices for the corresponding sales records and work.
Purchasing: use Supplier Products, Stock, Work Orders, and Purchase Order for purchasing-related work.
The navigation only shows areas and options available to your account. If an area is missing, ask your 3PM Command administrator to check your access.
Records and work
3PM Command uses named records to keep work organised. Choose the area first, then select the record type you need. For example, use Projects for project records, Sites for site records, Assets for asset records, Staff for staff records, Leads for sales opportunities, or Invoices for invoice work.
In Workshop, use Job Cards to organise work. Depending on your access and the record's current state, you may see actions such as Approve Job Card or Complete Job Card. The actions available to you can differ from those available to another person.
When a page offers different views, use the view selector to choose Grid, List, Cards, Table, or Kanban. Use the view that makes it easiest to find and work with the records on that page. You can also use Bookmarks for pages you return to often.
Account and access
Use Profile for your personal information. Use Settings for the configuration options available to your account. Account Settings currently shows that the feature will be added soon; use Settings for the available configuration options instead.
Your access controls which product areas, records, and actions you can see. This means two people in the same Organization may see different navigation options or different actions on the same record. If you cannot find a product area or an action, contact the person who manages access for your Organization.
If you are an administrator, review access before asking someone to repeat a task: confirm that the person can open the relevant product area and has access to the required record and action. If you are signed in to the wrong Organization, use the Organization options available in your account to switch to the correct one.
