If Forms, Builder, Submissions, or Submissions Table does not open in 3PM Command, use the steps below to restore access. These steps also cover Loading..., Sign In, Retry, and Go to Dashboard messages.
The tabs available to you depend on your access. If Forms opens but one or more tabs are missing, contact your administrator and ask for access to the relevant Forms area.
When Forms displays Loading..., 3PM Command is preparing access to the Form Builder. Wait for the loading message to clear before selecting a tab.
If the page remains on Loading...:
A page may also show Preparing a secure form-builder session... while access is being prepared. This is part of the normal loading process.
If Forms cannot be opened, 3PM Command displays Form Builder Unavailable and a Retry button.
The same steps apply when Retry appears in 3PM Extractor or Workflow Manager. Select Retry, wait for the area to load, or select Go to Dashboard and open it again.
Forms requires you to be signed in to 3PM Command. If you see Authentication Required or Please sign in to access the Form Builder Portal:
If sign-in fails, select Try again and repeat the sign-in steps. An invalid or expired sign-in link requires you to start over and sign in again.
If you can sign in but Forms says You are not authorized to access the Form Builder, ask your administrator to confirm that your account has Forms access.
Select Go to Dashboard when Forms, 3PM Extractor, or Workflow Manager cannot be opened. This takes you back to the Dashboard without affecting the rest of 3PM Command.
From the Dashboard, select Forms in the sidebar and try again. You can use the same recovery step when a page says Something went wrong.
The Forms areas have separate access controls. Ask your administrator to grant access to the missing area.
3PM Command cannot currently access Form Builder for your organization. Select Retry. If the message remains, contact your administrator.
Refresh the page, return to the Dashboard, and open Forms again. If it still does not finish, contact your administrator.
Your sign-in may have expired, or you may not currently be signed in. Select Sign In and complete the sign-in steps again.
No. Go to Dashboard only takes you back to the Dashboard so you can try opening the area again.
Select Go to Dashboard, open Forms again, and retry once more. If the problem continues, contact your administrator with the message shown on screen.
