3PM Command brings day-to-day construction work into one place. Use the Dashboard to see your work at a glance, use the main navigation to open the area you need, and use Settings to configure the parts of 3PM Command available to your account.
3PM Command includes areas for managing operational, commercial and administrative work, including:
Your account may show fewer areas. 3PM Command uses permissions to control which areas and sub-areas you can see. Some areas can also be hidden when your Organizations uses Asset Manager for that work.
After you sign in, 3PM Command opens on the Dashboard. The sidebar contains the main navigation. Select an area to open it, or select an available sub-area when the area has more than one type of work.
The top navigation provides a few ways to move around:
The Dashboard is separate from the setup flow. If you have not finished setting up your account, you can still work from the Dashboard and use the setup prompt to continue later.
An area is a main destination in the sidebar, such as Projects, Sites, Planning or Settings. An area can contain sub-areas for a particular kind of work. Open the area first, then choose the sub-area shown for your account.
Projects, Work Order, stock, invoices, bills, quotes and leads are records you can open from their corresponding areas. Select a record to see its details and continue the work available to you.
Forms is the area for working with forms. Form Builder is available from Forms when your account has access to it. Forms can also be used in other parts of 3PM Command, depending on your account configuration.
Settings is the central place for configuration. It contains setting groups such as General Settings, Project Settings, Purchasing Settings, Resource Settings, Sales Settings, Asset Settings, Contacts Settings and Integrations. The groups and options shown depend on your access and account setup.
Permissions affect both the main areas and the sub-areas you can open. If an area or action is missing, your account may not have permission for it. Ask your Organizations administrator to review your access.
Bookmarks can make frequently used work easier to reach from the sidebar. Available bookmarks are shown according to your account and current product setup.

The exact sub-area and actions available on a page depend on your permissions and account configuration.
Use the Dashboard. It is the home page for authenticated users and provides an overview of your work.
3PM Command shows areas and sub-areas according to your permissions and account setup. Ask your Organizations administrator to check your access. If your Organizations uses Asset Manager, some asset-related areas may also be managed there.
Open Settings, then select the setting group that matches the change you need, such as Project Settings, Purchasing Settings, Resource Settings, Sales Settings or Integrations.
Open Profile from the available personal account controls. Personal profile information is separate from Organizations configuration in Settings.
Open the relevant area, such as Projects, Work Order, Stock, Invoices, Bills, Quotes or Leads. You can also use Global Search when it is available to your account.
Yes. Use Bookmarks for frequently used work when bookmarks are available in your account. Bookmarks appear in the sidebar.
First check that you are in the correct area and record. If the action is still missing, your permissions or account configuration may limit it. Contact your Organizations administrator for help.
