3PM Command lets you prepare a Quote for customer review and gives customers a secure public link to respond. You can also send a public Claim link so a customer can accept, decline, or ask questions about a Claim.
Customer-facing Quotes and Claims open from their public links. Customers do not need to sign in to view the public page.
If Approve Quote is not available, the Quote may not be in DRAFT status or you may not have permission to approve it.
When a Claim is in Questioned status, review any Questions & Answers shown before responding. You can select Add More Questions to ask for further clarification.
The Quote link sent by email includes the recipient’s email address so that an acceptance can be recorded against that email address. If you open a Quote link without that email information, Accept cannot be recorded; reopen the link from the email you received.
Approve Quote is an internal action in 3PM Command for a Quote in DRAFT status. Accept is the customer’s response on a public Quote after the Quote has been sent.
The Quote must have SENT status, and the public link must include the email information used to record the acceptance. Open the link from the email sent by 3PM Command. If the Quote is already closed or is still being prepared, contact the sender.
Yes. Select Add Questions, enter at least one question, and select Submit Questions. The Claim changes to Questioned, and any answers can be reviewed in Questions & Answers.
No customer decision change is provided on a Quote after it is no longer SENT, and Claim actions are not available outside Sent or Questioned status. Contact the team that sent the Quote or Claim if you selected the wrong action.
Ask the sender to check the link and send a current one. For a Quote, reopen the link from the original email so the required email information is included.
