TreeSafe brings your everyday tree-care work into one place—from job cards and bookings to safety, people, training, time, finances, and account settings. Start by signing in, check the areas available to your role, and create a job card or booking so your team has a record to work from.
Getting there
Open the app in your browser and go to the sign-in page. You do not need to be signed in to view it. After you sign in, the app takes you to the first area available to your account. The starting area can differ by role and permissions.
If you have just accepted an invitation, look for the confirmation message Account activated! and then sign in. If you recently changed your password, the sign-in page shows Password updated.
Key concepts
Job Cards are the main place to keep open job information. They can include the job name, client, manager, address, dates, value, spending, and profit information.
Bookings Calendar is the scheduling view for jobs. It is available to managers and administrators.
Daily is the day-to-day view for staff, foremen, managers, and administrators.
Clock In is the place to record working time.
Site Risk Assessments, Accident & Incident Register, and Report Accident/Incident support safety workflows. Some safety areas are restricted by role.
Your role controls which areas you can see and whether you can add or change information. A missing menu option may simply mean that your account is view-only or does not have access to that area.
How to sign in
On the welcome screen, enter your email address in Email.
Email sign-in is selected by default. Select Email me a sign-in link.
Check the inbox for the address you entered. The app displays Check your inbox and confirms where it sent the link.
Select the link in the email to finish signing in. A sign-in link can expire or be used only once; if it does not work, return to the sign-in page and select Try again.
You can also use a password:
Select Use password instead.
Enter your email in Email and your password in Password.
Select Sign in. To recover access, select Forgot password?
If you cannot sign in:
Check that your email and password are correct. The app may show Invalid email or password.
If your account has no password, select Use email sign-in link instead.
If repeated failed attempts lock the account, wait and try again later, or use the email sign-in link.
If the app says No active account found for this email., ask your administrator to confirm that your account is active.
How to find your way around TreeSafe
On a computer, use the navigation panel on the left. The panel is grouped into areas such as:
Today: Daily, Bookings Calendar, Job Cards, time-sheet views, and management views where your role allows them.
Quotes: All Quotes, Create Quote, and Quote Templates.
Health & Safety: risk assessments, incident reporting, safety registers, inspections, and corrective actions.
Staff: Active Staff, Inactive Staff, leave, and punctuality tools.
Other groups cover training, documents, assets, clients, and financial work when enabled for your account.
Select the product logo in the navigation panel to return to the main starting point. The current area is highlighted. You can collapse a group by selecting its group heading, or collapse the whole panel using the panel control.
In the top bar, select your profile button to open Account Settings, Install Treesafe when the installation option is available, or Sign out. On smaller screens, use the bottom navigation where available.
How to create your first item
The most useful first record for many teams is a job card. To create one:
Open Job Cards from the Today group.
Select New Job.
In the Create New Job window, fill in the job details.
Save the job when the details are complete. The new job then appears with the open job cards.
If your team schedules work first, create a booking instead:
Open Bookings Calendar.
Select the option to add a new booking.
On New Booking, choose a job and complete the schedule and other required details.
Save the booking so it appears on the calendar.
The exact options available while creating a record depend on your role. For example, the booking calendar is intended for managers and administrators, while Job Cards is available to staff, managers, and administrators. If New Job or the option to add a booking is not available, ask a supervisor or administrator to create the record or update your access.
Tips & things to know
Use the email sign-in link if you have never set a password or are unsure which password belongs to your account.
Enter the email address associated with your invitation. An invitation does not activate an unrelated email address.
Keep job details consistent—especially the job name, client, manager, address, and date—so bookings, time, safety, and financial information can be linked correctly.
Start with an open job when creating a booking. The booking form is designed to select from open jobs.
If a page is not in your navigation, do not assume it is missing: access is role-based, and some areas are hidden for shared tablet accounts.
Sign out when you finish on a shared device. The profile menu includes Sign out.
If a sign-in link has expired or was already used, request a new link rather than reusing the old email.
FAQ
I did not receive my sign-in link. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder and confirm the email address. Return to the sign-in page and select Try again to request another link.
Can I sign in with a password?
Yes. Select Use password instead on the welcome screen. If no password is set, the app will tell you to use the email sign-in link instead.
Why did I return to the sign-in page after entering my password?
The sign-in did not complete. Check the email and password and try again. If repeated attempts lock your account, wait and use the email sign-in link, or contact an administrator.
Where do I create a job?
Open Job Cards and select New Job. The form opens as Create New Job.
Why cannot I see Job Cards or Bookings Calendar?
The app shows navigation according to your role and access. Job Cards is available to staff, managers, and administrators; Bookings Calendar is available to managers and administrators. Ask your supervisor or administrator if you need access.
What should I create first: a job card or a booking?
Create the job card first when the work does not yet exist in the app. Create a booking when an existing open job needs to be scheduled. If your organisation uses a different order, follow your supervisor’s process.
How do I manage my account?
Open your profile menu and select Account Settings. You can also open the Account & Security area from the navigation panel when it is available to your role.
