If you are having trouble opening a Vendor Portal link or replying to a Work Order, use the steps below. Vendor Portal lets you review the Work Order, accept or reject it, send Messages, and attach images or PDF files for the company that assigned the work.
If you use 3PM Drive as staff, open the Work Order and select Vendor Portal. For a vendor-assigned Work Order, this area also lets you resend or revoke the vendor link when those actions are available.
When Vendor Portal shows This link is not valid, check that you opened the complete link from the email. Do not remove any part of it or copy only the visible text.
If the message remains, request a new link from the company that sent the Work Order. If you received more than one email, use the most recent one, because sending a new link can switch off the previous link.
You can attach up to 10 files to a response. Each file must be less than 10 MB and must be one of these types: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, or PDF. If an upload fails, remove the failed file and try again with a supported file smaller than 10 MB.
No. A vendor opens Vendor Portal from the link sent by the company that assigned the Work Order.
No. Opening the link only displays the Work Order and may preselect an action. You must select Confirm accept or Confirm decline to submit your answer.
Rejecting the Work Order closes messaging. Select Change to accepted if you need to reply.
The Work Order may be completed or rejected. A completed Work Order is read-only. After rejecting a Work Order, messaging is closed until you accept it again.
Check the file type and size. Vendor Portal accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, and PDF files smaller than 10 MB. You can attach up to 10 files to a response.
Reply to the email you received or contact the company that sent it. Ask them to send the Work Order again so you receive a fresh link.
