Use Drivers in 3PM Drive to maintain Driver details, Driver License information, fitness status, inspection results, and licence attachments. You can add and update Drivers, review inspection compliance, and manage invitations from the same area.
The Drivers view contains Active and Invited tabs. Use the search box to find a Driver, use Filters to filter by Team, and use the column controls to show additional Driver information. Select a Driver to open their details.
If your account is connected to another app, Drivers managed by that app are read-only in 3PM Drive. To make those Drivers available, grant Asset Manager access from the connected app.
You can add a Driver photo while completing the form. The photo must be an image smaller than 5 MB. Phone numbers, when provided, must contain 7 to 15 digits and use a valid phone-number format.
Changes to the Driver appear on the Driver's Details tab. You can also use Archive for a Driver you no longer want in the active list. To see archived Drivers, turn on the archived-items control in the Active tab; an archived Driver can be restored with Unarchive or permanently removed with Delete when those actions are available to you.
Drivers with the Driver role can only inspect, edit, or archive their own Driver information. Other users need the relevant access for the action. A Driver managed by a connected app cannot be edited or archived in 3PM Drive.
You can enter licence information manually or use Scan Licence in Employment & License Details.
To scan a licence:
Scan Licence accepts image files. A clearer photo produces better results. The licence image is saved with the Driver and appears in the Attachments tab. Select View file to open it. If no licence image has been saved, Attachments displays a message telling you to scan the driver's licence from the Edit form.
To review a Driver's fitness information:
An Unfit for duty status includes the reason or reasons from the failed wellness check and the date it was flagged. A Driver cannot clear their own failed wellness check. A user with the required Driver editing access can select Mark fit for duty to clear the flag. A subsequent passing wellness check can also provide the next fitness result.
To start an inspection for your own Driver profile, select Inspect, choose an available form, and complete it. Inspection forms can include questions about Hours of sleep (last 24h), Current fatigue level, Alcohol consumed (last 12h), Drugs / medication, Illness / injury / condition, Emotional & mental wellbeing, Vision and hearing, and Physical fitness.
Inspection results are marked Pass or Fail. Any defects show their High, Medium, or Low severity.
Your account needs access to the Drivers area. If Drivers are not available in Users, ask an administrator to update your access.
The Driver may be managed by a connected app, making the information read-only in 3PM Drive. Otherwise, you may not have the required editing access, or you may be a Driver trying to edit another Driver's information.
3PM Drive generates Employee Number automatically. It is shown for reference but cannot be changed on the Driver form.
The status comes from a failed wellness check. The Driver's profile displays the flag, its severity when available, the reason or reasons, and the date it was raised. A user with the required editing access can select Mark fit for duty.
Invited contains pending invitations. Active contains accepted Drivers and local Driver records. An invitation that is no longer usable appears as Expired and can be restored with Reactivate.
Open the Driver and select Attachments. If a licence image was saved using Scan Licence, select View file. If there is no image, scan the driver's licence from the Edit form.
