3PM Drive Dashboard gives you a current view of fleet activity, maintenance, inspections, compliance, faults, fuel spend, and work orders. Use the overview cards for a quick check, then use Widgets to add custom reports and charts for your fleet.
The Dashboard opens with a greeting, the fleet overview, and the area. The information shown is based on the Assets you can view.
The first row provides headline figures:
For cards with a trend, the small chart shows new activity per day over the last 30 days. The activity total and comparison indicator appear with the chart.
The overview charts provide more detail about operational status:
The Work Orders section also shows Critical open defects and indicates when they need action.
If Widgets is still loading, wait for the Widget Builder to finish loading before using the section. The Add Widget button is unavailable until it is ready.
Your Widget is added to the Widgets area for this Dashboard.
The Dashboard shows information based on the Assets and operational information available to your account and access. Users with different access may see different totals.
Other represents Assets that are neither currently Active nor Under Maintenance.
The Compliance chart focuses on Assets that hold at least one certificate. It also identifies Assets with none on file, so the number shown there may not match Total Assets.
Trend charts are available for Total Assets, Open Work Orders, Open Faults, and Open Defects. Active and Compliance Alerts show their current figures without a trend chart.
When there are no fuel transactions, Fuel Spend displays No fuel transactions recorded yet. Add fuel information in the relevant 3PM Drive area before checking the Dashboard again.
Add Widget is unavailable while Widgets is loading or if the Widget Builder is not available. Wait for loading to finish and try again. If the Widget Builder is unavailable or you are not authorized to use it, contact your 3PM Drive administrator.
