Use this guide when you cannot open Forms, see Form Builder Unavailable, or need to correct filters and inspection settings in 3PM Drive. It covers the common loading, form, and inspection-data issues you may encounter.
Form Builder Unavailable means that 3PM Drive could not open the Form Builder for your organization. The message may explain that the Form Builder integration is not configured, that you are not authorized to access the Form Builder, or that 3PM Drive could not connect to it.
Try the following:
Open Forms again and wait for the loading message to finish. If the list is empty, check that forms have been created in Form Builder. A form must be published before it can be configured for inspection rules.
A form without a published version is shown with its current status and the instruction to publish it in the builder. Published forms appear before forms that are not ready to configure.
Only choice questions can be configured: dropdown, radio, multiselect, checkbox, and toggle questions. If Inspection Settings shows “No eligible fields found in this form,” add one of these question types to the form, publish the form, and return to Inspection Settings.
Forms can be set as either an Asset inspection or a Driver inspection. An Asset inspection can raise a defect for the asset. A Driver inspection can flag the driver as unfit for duty. Use the Asset and Driver choices shown on the form card when the form is assigned the wrong inspection type.
In Inspection Settings, select the answer or answers that mean “problem” for each question. Select a Severity of High, Medium, or Low when an answer is selected. For an Asset inspection, you can also select Under maintenance to mark the asset as under maintenance when that answer is submitted.
Do not select Ignore for a question that should raise a defect. An ignored question never raises a defect; selecting Ignore also removes its flagged answers and Under maintenance setting. Select Restore to configure the question again.
Select Save or Save changes after making changes. A confirmation message appears when the inspection settings are saved successfully.
Use Retry when Form Builder Unavailable is displayed in Forms:
Selecting Retry starts a new attempt. It does not change your forms or inspection settings.
Use Clear in Exception Report to remove the selected forms or teams from that filter list:
You can also remove one selected item at a time by removing its filter chip. Clear only affects the filter list where you select it; it does not delete forms, teams, or inspection results.
Use Clear all in Exception Report when both form and team filter chips are displayed:
Clear all does not delete inspection results or change the forms. It only removes the active form and team filters.
The form may not have a published version, or it may not contain an eligible choice question. Publish the form in Form Builder, then return to Inspection Settings. Add dropdown, radio, multiselect, checkbox, or toggle questions if no eligible fields are available.
No. Ignore only prevents that question from raising a defect or flagging a driver. Select Restore to configure its answers again.
Check the selected date range and whether forms, teams, or “Reminders only” are filtering the report. Use Clear for an individual filter list or Clear all to remove all selected form and team filters. If there is still no activity, the selected date range may contain no submitted inspections.
Refresh the area and allow the inspection activity to finish loading. Then check the date range, form, team, result, and search filters. A result may also be linked to a different asset or driver than expected.
Check that you are signed in to the correct 3PM Drive account, then ask your administrator to confirm the Form Builder integration and your access. If the message continues, contact your administrator.
