Roles in 3PM Drive let you define what teams and staff can access. Create a custom Role, choose access for each module and form, and use Team Scoped when people should only see records for the teams they are placed on.
The Roles and Permissions page lists available Roles. Use to find a Role, or use to filter by or . Select a row or choose to open its details.
A form can also have a Create permission with a Yes or No choice. Other action columns are View, Inspect, Update, Archive/Unarchive, and Delete. Some forms do not support every action and show N/A instead.
Role names must be unique among active Roles in your account. If the name is already in use, change it before saving.
Important permission relationships:
You can also open a Role, select the Permissions tab, and choose Add Permissions when no Permissions have been granted yet. System Roles do not have an Edit action and cannot be modified.

Yes. Turn on Grant All Permissions. The Role then shows Full Access and has unrestricted access to all modules and actions.
That form does not support the action. Only the applicable Permission choices can be changed.
Create is unavailable when View is None. Give the form View access first, then set Create to Yes if required.
Delete is automatically set to the same level. You can change Delete afterward without changing Archive/Unarchive.
Open the Role and check its Permissions tab. If it says No permissions granted yet, add Permissions by selecting Edit and granting access to the required modules or forms.
