3PM Drive helps you record fuel purchases, connect them to an Asset and Driver, review consumption and cost information, handle import Issues, and export the Fuel transactions available to you.
Open Fuel from the main navigation. The Fuel page contains the transaction list, summary information, search and filter tools, and import and export actions. Select a transaction or choose View to open its Details page.
For a new transaction, Total Cost ($) follows Volume multiplied by Unit Cost while you enter those values. You can also type directly into Total Cost ($) when the paid amount should be used instead.
To change an existing transaction, select Edit from the list or from its Details page. Save your changes when finished. To remove an active transaction from the normal list, select Archive. Archived transactions can be Deleted or Unarchived from the archived view, subject to your access.
Use the summary at the top of Fuel for a quick view of total cost, volume, average economy, and average cost per kilometre. Review the transaction list for:
Use the search box with Search by asset, driver, station... to find matching transactions. Use the Fuel Type filter to focus on a particular type. Select a row or View to open its Details page, where you can review Source, odometer readings, Fuel Economy, Cost per km, and Notes when those values are present.
The Fuel page displays up to 25 rows at a time initially. Use the page controls and rows-per-page setting to review more transactions.
When you import a spreadsheet and some rows fail validation, the Some rows need attention window lists the affected row numbers and the reason for each Issue. It also shows the number of total rows, valid rows, and rows with Issues.
Choose Cancel to correct the file and import it again. If some rows are valid, choose Import {number} valid rows to import only those rows. Rows with Issues are not imported through that action.
For Import with AI, review the editable preview before saving anything. The preview marks rows as ready or with Issues, shows the detected document type and confidence, and lets you edit or remove rows. Correct any highlighted values, then choose Import {number} rows or Import {number} valid only. If the document does not contain Fuel transaction data, choose Try another file.
