3PM Drive helps you set up your account, manage Assets and People, complete Inspections, coordinate Maintenance, and understand operational information. The limitations below can affect what you can upload, edit, or access, especially when 3PM Drive is connected to another app.
When records are managed by a connected app, you cannot add or edit them in 3PM Drive. This can apply to Assets, Drivers, Inventory, and other connected records. Use the connected app to make changes, then allow the records to refresh in 3PM Drive.
While connected, Purchase Orders are managed in the connected app only. Create and manage Purchase Orders there.
Import Fuel Transactions with AI accepts PDF, PNG, JPG, and WebP files up to 10 MB. It is intended for fuel receipts, fleet fuel reports, fuel card statements, and bulk delivery tickets.
A single document can provide up to 200 extracted rows. The document must contain fuel transaction data. If it does not, 3PM Drive will tell you that no fuel transactions were found and you can try another file.
The extracted rows are not saved automatically. Review the preview, fix any issues, and then import the rows you want to keep.
Document uploads accept DOC, DOCX, CSV, XLS, XLSX, PDF, JPG, HEIC, and PNG files up to 50 MB. Import Fuel Transactions with AI has the smaller 10 MB limit described above.
A Profile photo must be an image file smaller than 5 MB.
Forms, Builder, and Submissions depend on your access and your organization’s Form Builder availability. If Form Builder is not configured, or you are not authorized to use it, the relevant area will not load. Use Retry when offered, or contact your administrator.
Widget Builder requires authorization and may be unavailable if it cannot be reached. If you see an authorization or availability message, contact your administrator.
The record may be managed by a connected app. Connected records are read-only in 3PM Drive. Make the change in the connected app and wait for the updated record to refresh.
While the connection is active, Purchase Orders are managed in the connected app only. Create and manage them there.

You may not have access, or Form Builder may not be configured for your organization. Contact your administrator if Retry does not resolve the issue.
