Use the Exception Report in 3PM Drive to review inspection activity across assets and forms. You can filter the report by date, forms, or teams, then use Inspection Settings to control driver-inspection rules and the answers that raise defects or flag a driver.
To manage forms themselves, open Forms. The Forms area includes Forms, Builder, and Submissions.
Use the legend below the report to identify Inspected, Exception, Missed, Due today, and Upcoming. The current day is marked Today.
If the report has more assets than it can show, a notice tells you how many assets are displayed and recommends filtering by team to narrow the list.
A published form has a Published label and can be configured. A form without a published schema shows a message to publish it in the builder before configuring it.
When Driver Inspections is on, a driver who has not completed the assigned form in the current period is prompted to complete it and is blocked from the rest of the app until submitting it. A failed check still counts as completed for scheduling, while separately flagging the driver for review.
If no driver forms are available, create one under Inspections → Forms, set its type to Driver, and return to Driver Inspections.
Only selected answers create a result. An unselected answer does not raise a defect or flag the driver. For driver forms, Under maintenance is not available.
Exception means the report has a submitted inspection for the asset and form on that day, and the submission contains an exception.
Missed is an earlier day without a submission. Due today is today without a submission. Upcoming is a future day.
