Use Forms in 3PM Drive to create and publish inspection forms, choose whether a form is an Asset inspection or Driver inspection, and decide which answers raise defects or flag a driver.
The Forms area includes the Forms, Builder, and Submissions tabs. To manage the rules for inspection answers, open Inspection Settings from Inspections, then select Forms Inspection. You can also open Inspection Settings from the Inspections area and select a form from the list.
To change how an existing form is used, use the asset or driver choice shown on its form card. Choose Asset inspection when selected answers should raise defects against assets. Choose Driver inspection when selected answers should flag drivers.
If the form area cannot load its form-building content, it displays Form Builder Unavailable. Select Retry to try again.
The summary at the bottom shows the number of selected answer triggers and the number of questions with triggers. A saved message confirms that the inspection settings were stored.
For a Driver inspection, Under maintenance is not available. Selected answers flag the driver and managers are notified. For an Asset inspection, selected answers raise a defect for the asset.
The form must have a published form structure. Open Builder, publish the form, and then return to Forms Inspection.
Only dropdown, radio, multiselect, checkbox, and toggle questions can be configured. Select the answers that should indicate a problem.
A form is set as either an Asset inspection or a Driver inspection. Use the asset or driver choice on the form card to select its inspection type.
The question no longer raises a defect or flags a driver. Any selected answer triggers are cleared, and Under maintenance is turned off for that question. Select Restore to configure it again.
No. Under maintenance applies only to Asset inspections.
They are the severity levels assigned to a defect or driver flag. Choose the level that reflects the seriousness of the selected answer.
Open Inspections > Inspection History. You can search by inspection number, asset, or form, filter by All, Failed, or Passed, and select a record to view its details.
Check that the form exists and has been published in Builder. If there are no forms yet, create and publish a pre-start form in Builder, then return to Forms.
Open the form in Builder and publish it. Only forms with a published form structure can be configured in Forms Inspection.
The form may contain no eligible choice questions. Add a dropdown, radio, multiselect, checkbox, or toggle question in Builder, publish the form, and reopen its inspection settings.
Confirm that you selected Save changes or Save and wait for the saved message. If an error appears, check your connection and try again. If the problem continues, ask an administrator to confirm that you have access to Forms Inspection.
Select Retry. If the message continues, try opening Forms again later or ask your administrator to check that the form-building service is available for your organization.
Select a Driver inspection form first. Only forms set to driver appear in the Inspection form list. Then choose Every day, Every week, or Every month, and select Save Changes.
Confirm that the driver submitted the assigned inspection form successfully. A completed submission clears the prompt for the current period. If the driver submitted a failed check, the driver can still be flagged for review even though the scheduled requirement is complete.
