Use 3PM Estimator to create construction estimates, manage Projects, review Estimate results, and use Benchmarks in your workspace. Choose Sign in if you already have a 3PM account, or Create your account to get started. Your 3PM account gives you access to 3PM applications.
Open 3PM Estimator. On the welcome screen, choose Sign in or Create your account.
Note: A sign-in link is valid for one minute. If it has expired, start the sign-in process again.

Choose Sign in, then select Continue with 3PM.
Choose Create your account, select Continue with 3PM, and create your 3PM account on the next screen. Your workspace is set up as part of the process.
After you enter your workspace, open Projects and choose Add project. Enter the job name and location, then add the scope and supporting documents.
Start again from Sign in and choose Continue with 3PM to request a new sign-in link.
