If you are having trouble signing in to 3PM Estimator, this guide explains where to start, what common messages mean, and how to recover access to your workspace.
3PM Estimator uses your 3PM account, so you do not need a separate 3PM Estimator password. One 3PM account can be used across 3PM apps.
A sign-in link is valid for one minute and can be used only once. If it no longer works, return to 3PM Estimator and select Continue with 3PM again to request a new sign-in.
Start again from Sign in rather than reopening the old link. Then select Continue with 3PM and complete the sign-in with your 3PM account.
If 3PM Estimator says that your workspace does not have access, ask the person who manages your 3PM workspace to add access. After access is added, sign out if necessary, then sign in again.
Select Continue with 3PM and sign in again. If the problem continues, use Logout, close the browser window, reopen 3PM Estimator, and try again.
After signing in, open the workspace selector in the application navigation. Under Workspaces, select the workspace you want to use. The selected workspace is marked, and 3PM Estimator refreshes the page after the switch.
If the message says sign-in is not configured, contact your administrator. There is nothing you need to change in your account to resolve this message.
Once you are signed in, you can open Profile from your account menu to update how you appear to teammates. Changes made in Profile apply to 3PM Estimator and do not change your 3PM account.
