3PM Base keeps alerts in Notifications so you can review updates, see what is unread, and choose what to do next. You can mark individual alerts or all alerts as read, snooze an alert for a set period, archive or delete it, and open related work when an alert includes an action.
On a phone or smaller screen, Notifications opens as a panel from the bottom. Select Close notifications or tap outside the panel to close it.
When there are no alerts to review, 3PM Base displays All caught up! and “You have no notifications at the moment.”
The unread marker disappears and the unread count updates.
The unread count changes to zero, and all alerts currently shown are marked as read.
The alert is removed from the list while it is snoozed. It becomes available again after the selected period ends.
Note: Snoozing does not delete or archive the alert. It only hides it temporarily.
3PM Base supports notification preferences for the types of alerts you receive. These preferences can include:
To change these settings, open your account settings and select the area for notification preferences, then save your changes. If that area is not available in your 3PM Base account, contact your account administrator or 3PM Base support to request the change.
New notification preferences use these defaults: notifications are enabled; quiet hours are off; in-app alerts are enabled for all categories; email alerts are enabled for client and system alerts; SMS alerts are off; and alerts are delivered instantly. Priority defaults are all enabled for user and client alerts, while low priority is off for system and background task alerts.
Check your notification preferences, including whether notifications are enabled, whether the relevant alert category is enabled, and whether the alert is set to a digest or off. Also check whether the alert was archived or snoozed.
No. Marking an alert as read removes its unread state. The alert remains in Notifications until you archive or delete it.
The alert returns automatically when the selected period ends. If it does not return, refresh 3PM Base and check your notification preferences.
The alert is removed from your Notifications list. Use Archive instead if you want to keep the alert available without showing it in the usual list.
The count reflects unread alerts currently available to you. Alerts that are archived or snoozed may not appear in the list you are viewing.
Notification preferences support in-app, email, and SMS channels. Whether each option is available or enabled depends on your account settings and the alert category.
Move your pointer over the alert to reveal More actions. On a smaller screen, select the alert’s action control. If the control is still unavailable, wait for the alert to finish loading.
Close and reopen Notifications, then try the alert again. If the alert still cannot open its related work, copy the alert title and message and send them to your account administrator or 3PM Base support.
