3PM Base brings projects, customers, finances, people, communications, and operational work together. Some limits depend on your plan, while others affect how information is displayed or how much you can view at once. This article explains the current limitations that may affect your work in 3PM Base and what you can do next.
The following plan limits apply to the free plan:
Premium provides unlimited Projects, Staff, Integrations, and AI bill extractions.
Note: AI bill extractions are a monthly allowance. Reaching the allowance prevents further AI bill extractions until the allowance resets or you upgrade to Premium.
Some display limitations also apply. Document preview is available for PDF files, images, and text files. Other file types show “Preview not available for this file type”; you can still use the file where the relevant file action is available.
Forms submissions are displayed 20 at a time. Use the page controls to move through the remaining submissions.
The free plan prevents you from creating another project after you reach 3 projects. Premium removes this project limit.
The free plan counts both active and archived staff members towards the 3-staff limit. Archiving a staff member does not create another available space. Reactivate an archived staff member when you need to use an existing space, or permanently delete a staff member when you need to free one.
AI bill extractions are limited to 10 each month on the free plan. This limit applies to AI bill extractions, not to every invoicing action. Premium provides unlimited AI bill extractions.
The free plan allows up to 2 integrations. When you reach the limit, connecting another integration is unavailable until you upgrade to Premium.
Notifications are available in the Notifications pane. Some longer-running actions, including synchronization activity, can also appear as notifications. If you do not see an expected notification, check the Notifications pane and refresh it before trying the action again.
Document preview does not support every file type. PDF files, images, and text files can be previewed; unsupported file types cannot be previewed in 3PM Base.
Forms submissions are paginated, with 20 submissions shown per page. This means that a submission may not appear on the first page even though it is available in Forms.
Contact your 3PM Base administrator or support team when:
Include the name of the area you were using, what you were trying to do, and any message shown in 3PM Base. Do not share passwords or connection details.
