Forms in 3PM Base let you create Forms, collect Submissions, and review the resulting records. You can use the built-in Form Builder, search your published Forms, add or edit Submissions, and remove records when your Forms permissions allow it.
If Forms is not available, the feature may not be enabled for your account or your role may not include access to it.
A Form appears in the Forms list after it has been published. Use the search box to search by the Form's title or other available text. If no Forms are found, clear the search and check that the Form has been published.
You can also use the Form Builder's external sharing or embedding options when they are available in your Form Builder account. The available fields, required questions, upload options, and other form settings are controlled by the published Form.
The table supports page-by-page navigation. Values such as dates, times, yes/no answers, multiple selections, addresses, files, and media are displayed in a readable format where the Form supports them. Select a file or media value to open it when a link is available.
Warning: Deleting a record removes it from the Form's records list. Confirm that you no longer need it before selecting the delete confirmation.
3PM Base connects Form Builder to your account when you select the onboarding option shown on the Form Builder tab. Onboarding provisions the account's Form Builder workspace. Once the connection is active, Form Builder opens inside 3PM Base and your published Forms and Submissions are available from Forms.
To connect it:
3PM Base does not provide a separate connection flow for other external form services in the Forms area. Use the sharing and embedding options provided by Form Builder for external collection.
Yes. Open Forms, select the Form Builder tab, and create the Form in Form Builder. Publish it before looking for it in the Forms list.
Only published Forms are listed. Confirm that the Form is published, clear the search, and check the next page of results.
Yes. Open the Form, open the record's actions menu, and select Edit. The Form Builder window opens with the existing Submission.
You can delete a record when your Forms role includes the required delete permission. If you do not have that permission, the delete option is not shown.
The Forms screens use pagination rather than showing everything at once. They display up to 20 items per page. No additional Forms or Submission limit is shown in 3PM Base.
Form Builder provides sharing and embedding options when available for your account. Configure those options in Form Builder, then review the resulting records in 3PM Base.
Open Forms and select the Form Builder tab. Select the onboarding button and wait for the success message. If the account is already connected, refresh Forms and try again.
Clear the search box and confirm that at least one Form has been published in Form Builder. If the account is not connected, complete onboarding first.
Check that you are signed in to the account containing the Form and that your role has Forms access. Refresh the page and open Forms again.
Wait for the Form Builder window to finish submitting, then return to the Submissions list. Refresh the list and check the next page if there are more than 20 records.
Your role may not have the required Forms permission. Ask an account administrator to review your Forms access. Deletion is also unavailable when the delete option is not shown for the record.
Wait for the loading message to finish, then refresh the page. If the problem continues, sign out and back in to 3PM Base before trying the Form Builder tab again.
