3PM Base Dashboard gives you a single place to see workflow activity, review key metrics, and open shortcuts for everyday work. Use it as a starting point for checking what is moving through your workflow and going directly to the areas you use most.
Open Dashboard from the main navigation. 3PM Base loads your available widgets and displays the shortcuts and workflow activity available to you.
If you cannot see the Dashboard or some of its widgets, your account access may not include them. Contact your account administrator if you need access.
The stages reflect these groups of work:
The workflow widget also shows a combined item count and dollar value for the stages displayed.
Dashboard shows the count and dollar value for each workflow stage. Use the count to see how many items are at a stage, and use the dollar value to compare the financial value associated with quote, project, and invoice activity.
A value of $0 means that no dollar value was calculated for that stage or that the matching items have no total value. Lead activity, for example, has a count but no dollar value on Dashboard.
To inspect the work behind a metric, use the relevant Dashboard shortcut or open the matching area from the main navigation. Dashboard is an overview; it does not replace the detailed records in those areas.
Select an enabled shortcut card on Dashboard to open the related area or action. Default shortcuts include:
Dashboard can also provide action shortcuts for AI Chat, Create Message, Notifications, Create Timesheet, and Create Leave when those widgets are enabled. These open the corresponding assistant, messaging, notification, or creation experience.
Tip: Keep the shortcuts you use most often enabled and move them to the beginning of Dashboard for faster access.
There are currently no matching items for that stage, or the matching items have no dollar value. Check the stage's item count and hover over it for the stage description.
Each stage uses a specific group of records. For example, Create Quote counts created quotes that are not linked to a project, while Job Created uses active projects and their approved quote values. Open the relevant area to review the individual records.
Yes, if Configure is available to you. Open edit mode, drag the widgets into the order you want, and select Save Changes.
Yes, if you can edit Dashboard settings. Select the visibility control while editing. Hidden widgets can be found under Available Widgets and added again later.
It may be hidden, unavailable for your access level, or not included in your account's available configuration. If you can edit Dashboard settings, check Available Widgets while in edit mode. Otherwise, contact your account administrator.
Dashboard editing is available only to users with the required Dashboard access. Contact your account administrator if you need to change the arrangement or visibility of your widgets.
3PM Base uses the default widget configuration for your account. Your Dashboard still provides the available workflow activity and default shortcuts.
