2. Description of Service
Sortd is an AI-powered support platform that triages tickets, resolves questions from knowledge bases, and proposes code fixes. The Service is currently in early access and features may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious content
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content, including tickets, knowledge base articles, and source code. Sortd does not claim ownership of your content. We use your content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Content
Sortd uses AI to generate responses, code fix proposals, and analyses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. All AI-proposed code changes require human review and approval before deployment. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sortd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
