• Process support tickets through our AI agent pipeline

3. Data Processing & AI

Sortd uses AI to analyze support tickets, search knowledge bases, and propose code fixes. Your ticket content is processed in isolated environments and is not used to train AI models. Code analysis uses vector embeddings — your raw source code is never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery), but only as necessary to provide our services and under strict confidentiality agreements.
