About Sortd

We believe support should be an engineering advantage

Sortd is an AI-native support platform built for software teams who care about quality and velocity. We automate the triage, analysis, and first-response layer so your engineers can focus on what they actually build.

Our story

Support shouldn't slow down engineering

Every fast-moving team knows the feeling: a bug report arrives, it takes two days to find the right person, reproduce the issue, locate the relevant code, and finally ship a fix. That cycle has been broken for years — and it doesn't have to be.

Sortd was built to close that loop automatically — classify the ticket, search the codebase, analyse the screenshot, and propose a fix. Engineers review and approve; Sortd handles the leg work.

Our mission
“Make every bug report the beginning of a fix, not the beginning of a conversation.”
We want AI-assisted support to be the default for every product team — not a luxury for companies with dedicated AI infra budgets. Sortd ships the infrastructure. You ship the product.
What we believe

Principles that shape every product decision

Speed over ceremony

Support debt kills momentum. We believe every bug report should move toward resolution the moment it lands — not sit in a queue waiting for a human to read it.

🔍
Honesty over confidence

AI that pretends to know when it doesn't is dangerous. Sortd surfaces confidence scores, cites sources, and routes uncertain answers to humans — every time.

🧑‍💻
Engineers in the loop

We don't believe in fully automated fixes shipped without review. AI proposes; your team decides. Control stays with the people who built the product.

🏗️
Built in public

We're a product team building for product teams. The problems Sortd solves are the problems we've lived. That context shows in every design decision we make.

CEO & Founder

Sneh leads product and engineering at Sortd. He has spent years working across software teams and saw first-hand how much time gets lost in support workflows that could — and should — be automated. He founded Sortd to fix that, and to make AI-native support accessible to every product team, not just the well-resourced ones.
