Use Sortd-AI to monitor support performance, review Agent Activity, and track Bug Tasks from the Overview and Dashboard. The available figures and lists help you see what needs attention, how support work is progressing, and which AI-generated fix proposals are ready for review.
Use the app selector on Dashboard or Bug Tasks when you want to focus on one app instead of all accessible apps.
If a section has no information yet, Sortd-AI displays an empty state such as No tickets yet, No bug tasks, or No activity yet.
The Dashboard activity summary displays up to four recent activity entries. Activity times are shown in your local time. When no entries are available, the screen shows No activity yet.
The list supports selecting multiple Bug Tasks for bulk actions. When a review requires a reason, enter the reason when prompted. If a Bug Task is not in an actionable review status, its review action is unavailable.
The two screens present different sets of figures. Overview shows four headline values, while Dashboard includes additional statistics, a 14-day ticket-volume view, and 30-day breakdowns. Check the selected organization or app before comparing values.
Agent Activity shows recent activity only. If no activity is available for your current scope, Sortd-AI shows No activity yet.
A CSAT score is shown only when there are ratings in the last 30 days. Until then, the screen shows No ratings yet.
Review actions are available only for Bug Tasks in Pending review or Patch review. Your access also determines which actions you can use. If the Bug Task has another status, review it from View detail or wait for its status to change.
Open Bug Tasks and use search. Search checks the Bug Task title, description, and affected component. You can narrow the results further with Status, Severity, and Assignee filters.
Wait for the loading state to finish and try Refresh where it is available. If a value remains a dash or a list remains empty, check the selected app or organization and your access to that scope.
