Sortd-AI uses Administration for account-level work, operational review, and access management. Depending on your role, you can use it to review Access Requests, check activity in the Audit log, monitor AI activity in Agent Insights, and inspect LLM cost, Queue health, , , and .
Some Administration areas are available only to users with the required role. If an area is not shown, ask your Sortd-AI administrator to check your access.
Use Administration as a review point rather than changing settings without checking the effect first.
Only make changes that match your organization or support responsibilities. Billing, organization, platform, and partner controls may require a higher level of access than review areas.
Open Audit log to see user-initiated activity across Sortd-AI. Use the available filters to focus on a date range, action, user email, organization, or app. Move through the results with ← Prev and Next →.
Open Agent Insights and choose a time period. Review:
Open Conversations for a more focused review. Filter by outcome, intent, rating, or app, or search for a query. Select a conversation to open its Conversation turn details. You can export the filtered list with Export CSV.
When reviewing a Conversation turn, compare the user query, final response, timing, revisions, and response cost. Select Good or Bad, then add an optional note explaining the verdict.
Open Queue health to check waiting, active, delayed, and failed counts. Select Refresh for current values. A queue can be marked as backed up when waiting work or the oldest active item reaches the displayed alert threshold.
Open Repo Services to review repository service activity. Select View analyzer run history for an app to open Analyzer runs. Expand a run when it contains warnings, a failure reason, or per-service detail. Run status can be complete, running, pending, or failed.
Approved invitations are separate from accepted membership. Ask the recipient to complete the invitation if the item remains Invite sent. If it shows Invite expired, use Resend invite when that action is available.
Your role may not include the required access. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct organization, then ask a Sortd-AI administrator to review your role and app access.
Select Retry when it appears. If the list loads but looks out of date, select Refresh. If the problem continues, confirm that your session is still active and contact your Sortd-AI administrator.
Open Access Requests, find the approved request, and select Resend invite if the invitation has not been accepted. Check that the email address is correct and ask the recipient to check spam or quarantine folders.
Select Resend invite. The recipient should use the new invitation rather than an older email.
Check the selected time period and app filter. If the period contains no activity, the area can show an empty result. Refresh and try a wider period.
Open Queue health and note the affected queue, waiting count, failed count, and oldest active age. Refresh to confirm whether the condition is still present. If it continues, share those details with your Sortd-AI support contact.
Expand the item and review its failure reason, error, and warnings. If the issue is still present after a later run, share the app, status, commit information, and displayed warning with your Sortd-AI support contact.
A user with the required Administration access can select Approve or Reject. If those actions are not available, ask an administrator to review the request.
The reviewed list shows the decision and invitation state. Use the actions that are available for that item, such as Resend invite for an approved invitation that has not been accepted.
Agent Insights summarizes AI activity across a selected period. Conversations lists individual interactions so you can filter, open a Conversation turn, and record a Good or Bad review.
It is a response-time view that shows where the slowest 5% of activity begins. Use it alongside average time to identify unusually slow AI interactions.
Yes. Apply the filters you need in Conversations, then select Export CSV.
It shows current-period cost totals, including Platform cost and BYOP spend, with breakdowns by model and organization.
Use Fleet overview and Queue health when monitoring active support work. Review Audit log, Agent Insights, and Conversations on the schedule your organization uses for account and AI quality reviews.
